1. Course Enrollment

• All students must complete the enrollment form with accurate and complete information.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or as per agreed payment schedules.
• Craft Villa Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment if we determine the student does not meet the prerequisites for a specific course.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Regular attendance is essential to complete the course successfully.
• In case of unavoidable absence, students should inform the academy in advance and make up for missed sessions.
• Craft Villa Academy will not be held responsible for any missed content due to student absenteeism.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professionalism, respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students during training sessions.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
• Personal grooming and hygiene standards should be adhered to, in line with industry best practices.

5. Use of Materials and Equipment

• Craft Villa Academy provides all necessary materials and equipment for the training, and students must handle them with care.
• Students are not allowed to use academy materials or equipment for personal or commercial use outside of the training program.
• If a student damages any equipment or materials, they may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

• Students will receive a certificate upon successfully completing the course, provided they have attended a minimum of 80% of the training sessions and passed all practical and theoretical assessments.
• Certificates are not transferable and will only be issued to the enrolled student.
